Twelve22 Capital was founded by a husband-and-wife team with a simple mission: make homeownership accessible to creditworthy Oklahoma families who deserve a chance.
We saw too many hardworking families trapped in the rental cycle — paying high rents while watching home prices rise, unable to qualify for traditional mortgages because of credit scores that didn't tell their full story.
We also saw predatory rent-to-own companies taking advantage of vulnerable families with hidden fees and contracts designed to fail.
We knew there had to be a better way — a transparent, ethical approach that helps families build equity while improving their credit.
